Week 9 - Day 1

Hopefully it won't decrease anymore/a lot. Taking week off since spring break, but when i go back to lifting next week I'll report on strength maintenance.

    Yea. Its spring break and I went back home (so no access to uni gym). And the gym that I have access to now is crap. So might as well take the week off and rest up.
