Week 2 - Day 3

Off Day today. Although I might go and do some cardio, abs and forearms. Just little stuff.

Weight Today: 175lbs

  3. I do crunches on my off days while watching tv. Nice and easy.

  4. Not sure if you've answered this, but out of curiousity, why did you choose H-Drol over something like test-e? Not saying one is better than the other, just genuinely curious.

    1) Don't have a source.
    2) I wanted to start with something as mild as possible and just see how my body reacts to it and how it goes.
